ATK was founded in Modena, Italy by the Idulti family. The owner family of Officina Gimec Group was already specialized in high precision mechanical products for 20 years. This experience, technology, logistics and resources were needed to embark on a new adventure with the ATK Bindings brand. Within just two years, Dennis Bround and Manfred Reichenberger were on the podium at the Ski Mountain World Championships with an ATK binding type.
