And it all started with a toaster... Canadian-born company founder Norm Coghlan first opened a camping accessories store in 1959. After a while, he noticed the size of the demand for camping toasters, but there was already a company making them. After a while, he heard that this company was to close and immediately seized the opportunity. He bought all the toasters and the machines to make them himself. The Coghlan's Outdoor Toaster was followed in the years that followed by many other small, useful items for outdoor use, but also for everyday life. Today, Coghlan's has over 450 high-quality accessories in its range and has a distribution network in 20 countries worldwide.
