The Lazer company was founded in 1919 in Nivelles, Belgium, by Roger Lacroix and was initially dedicated to the manufacture of accessories for motorcyclists. Soon several hundred employees were working at the Belgian headquarters and in 1948 the first thermoplastic helmet from Lazer was finally developed and launched on the market. At that time, helmets were not part of the basic equipment of either professional cyclists or amateurs. This has since changed and you will no longer see a professional rider without a helmet on legendary tours such as the Tour of Flanders. Lazer now offers an extensive range of sporty helmets in chic designs that are aimed at amateur athletes as well as ambitious racing cyclists, mountain bikers and cyclists on vacation. The Belgian company Lazer is particularly committed to developing modern helmets for professionals. As a partner of successful road cycling teams, Lazer repeatedly equips international cycling greats with bicycle helmets developed especially for them. The fast road helmets Lazer Bullet 2.0 and Lazer Z1 or the time trial helmet Lazer Victor are now also available for amateurs and are aimed at ambitious athletes with high demands on their material. Optimum ventilation, the aerodynamic helmet shape and perfect protection are the most important features of Lazer helmets. In addition to the large range of helmets for cycling, the company has also recently launched the Lazer Magneto glasses on the market. The special feature of these goggles is that they are attached to the helmet strap via Magenete, eliminating the need for classic goggle temples. Even less weight and improved aerodynamics for sporty riding are the innovative new features here. If you are looking for a new helmet for your next tour, you will find numerous models from the Belgian manufacturer Lazer in our range.
