The Swiss outdoor label Namuk produces and sells clothing for kids up to the age of 12. Out of responsibility for nature and in the knowledge that our kids are also at home in this world, the founders also think about tomorrow. Over 70% of the collections contain recycled materials. The pieces are extremely robust and made to a high standard so that they can be passed on and worn by several kids at once. What's more, the collections are designed to capture children's hearts and get up to any kind of mischief. What makes them special: Kids' feedback on the outdoor collections flows directly into the development and optimization of the clothing. Out of the motivation to enable kids to have a great and active time outdoors in nature in all weathers, summer and winter, a children's outdoor brand was created that is produced as sustainably, socially and fairly as possible. The makers behind Namuk visit the long-standing producers in Asia and Portugal several times a year. In addition to producing children's clothing, the company supports the Swiss photo artist Hannes Schmid in his sustainability care project for schoolchildren in Cambodia and donates part of its profits to the children's charity KOVIVE so that socially disadvantaged kids can also relax during their vacations. A Romanian children's home receives leftover stock, samples and products with minor defects.
