Petromax is the brand for fire and light, barbecues and outdoor cooking, bushcraft and survival. A good ten years ago, Jonas Taureck took over the traditional Petromax brand, which was over a hundred years old and had fallen into oblivion at the time. Today, not only the world-famous high-intensity lamp shines in new splendor, but also Petromax itself. The same applies to the historic Feuerhand brand, which has been part of the company since 2014. Petromax has developed into a successful, medium-sized company with products in the outdoor, gardening and camping equipment sectors. Based in Saxony-Anhalt, Petromax supplies customers worldwide, is one of the leading international brands in its segment and employs around 40 people.
