TranZbag

The TranZbag success story began in 1995, when passionate mountain biker and magazine publisher Bendicht Luginbuehl developed a small, stowable bicycle transport bag. This makes it possible to transport bicycles free of charge on practically all European public transport. The Swiss Federal Railways SBB will become a partner in the TranZbag network. Packing is very easy: whether it's a racing bike, mountain bike or fully, simply remove the front wheel, fold the handlebars 90 degrees and stow it all away. But the TranZbag is not only suitable for public transport users, car drivers can also enjoy it. The transport bag makes it easy to stow your two beloved bikes in the car, without scratching them or getting them caught in each other. Your wallet will also be happy, because transporting them inside the car saves 1-3 liters of fuel per 100 km. These are good arguments and over 100,000 users travel with a TranZbag model. They quickly became the market-leading manufacturer of the world's lightest bicycle transport bags for road bikes, touring bikes and mountain bikes. In 2016, they launched a world first on the market, setting a world record: the TranZbag ROAD folds up so small that it can be carried in a jersey pocket. The next pieces of bike luggage are launched in 2018: a foldable bike transport bag for electric bikes and the TranZbag AIR as a container for transporting mountain bikes, touring bikes and racing bikes on airplanes.
