Regular outdoor exercise is important for good health. This is especially true for kids who are still growing up. For smaller children, a hat with additional neck protection is advisable to protect sensitive skin.

If you're heading to the Alps to go skiing, a special ski hat is the right choice alongside warmer options such as a bobble hat. When playing games during an autumn walk in the forest, an elephant hat not only keeps the head warm, but also the neck. If you're heading to
the lake in summer to go fishing instead, reach for a fishing hat or sun hat.
