Click & Reserve

With Click & Reserve, you can reserve an item through the online shop to your preferred store. It will be ready in a maximum of three hours. You can pick it up within the next three business days. This not only makes your shopping easier, but also saves on delivery time and shipping costs. In store, you can try your article on, check it out and get advice, or, if necessary, change your mind.

Reserve products in store – how it works 

  • Log in via your customer account. Don’t have a customer account? You can also reserve an tem as a guest.

  • Choose the colour and size of the desired item.

  • Click on the ‘Availability & Reservation’ button.

  • Now you can see the stores where the item is available in your desired colour and size.

  • Click on the ‘reserve’ button at the desired store branch. If you’re booking as a guest, enter your contact details now. Submit your request.

  • You’ll now receive a confirmation email for your reservation request.

  • We then check the availability. If the item is available in the desired branch, we will send you your pick-up invitation by email. From this point on, the reserved item will be available for you for three business days.

  • In-store, please check in with staff at the till or the customer service.
