To make ordering and payment as convenient and easy as possible, we offer a variety of the most common payment methods. Whether by credit card, invoice or Twint – you’ll find everything in the overview here.
Pay conveniently by invoice and pay the amount due within 10 days after receiving the invoice. Please note that the following conditions must be met for purchase by invoice:
Only for registered users – if you order as a guest, we cannot offer you an payment by invoice
Your delivery and billing address is in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
Your data will lead to a successful credit check
Transa reserves the right to exclude certain products for purchase on account
All necessary payment details for your personal order, such as the QR code, IBAN or BIC can be found directly on the invoice. This will be sent to you via email after the items have been shipped. If you return one or more items to us, we will send you a new invoice by email after receiving the return. If you return all the items, your invoice is voided.
If you have not received an email with the invoice or have lost the invoice, please contact our customer service (telephone +41 (0)848 0848 11, email info@transa.ch). Customer service is also there for you if the invoice contains an error and will send you a new one immediately.
In the Transa online shop you can pay for your order quickly and safely with TWINT. Here’s how it works:
Select Twint as payment method during check-out. Click on ‘order’
Open the Twint app on your smartphone
Scan the QR code on your computer screen with your smartphone
Confirm the amount
Your order will then be sent to us and we will process it as quickly as possible.
If you return one or more items to us, the credit from your return will automatically be refunded to your Twint-linked account.
Payments are simple with the Transa gift card. Pay for your order in part or in full with one or more gift cards. The gift card can be combined with other discounts; the number of gift cards used per purchase is not limited.
Whether VISA, MasterCard or PostFinance Card – with us, you can pay easily and securely without additional charges.
It’s important to us that we make your credit card payment as safe as possible for you. We use the standard SSL encryption and the current security standard PCI DSS, which guarantees the confidentiality of your data. In addition, we only accept cards issued in Switzerland or EU countries.
Credits from returns will be automatically refunded to your credit card.
Would you like to debit your order directly from your post account via e-banking? For the transfer, we use the common SSL encryption and the current security standard PCI DSS. This guarantees your data is handled confidentially.
During check-out, select ‘Post E-Finance’ as your payment method and click on ‘order’
You’ll then be automatically redirected to the PostFinance page
Enter your E-finance number and password
Confirm the amount
Your order will then be sent to us and we will process it as soon as possible.

Paying with PayPal takes just a few steps:
Select PayPal as payment method when ordering
You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page
Log in with your email address and password
Confirm the amount
Your order will then be sent to us and we will process it as soon as possible.
If you return one or more items to us, the credit from your return will be automatically refunded to your PayPal account.
