The Gamma Pant M from Arc'teryx is known for its great versatility. Formerly known as the Gamma LT trousers, they are constantly evolving. The revised Fortius™ 2.0 softshell material has a better warmth-to-weight ratio and increased durability. It combines fast-drying nylon with elastane fibers for functional stretch and can take a beating. The double-woven material is also elastic, wind-repellent and impregnated with a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish. The soft waistband made of brushed polyester improves comfort. The flat, adjustable woven waistband fits comfortably under a climbing harness or backpack hip belt. The crotch is gusseted for ease of movement and the cut is anatomically pre-shaped in all the right places. The leg cuffs have drawstrings. The Gamma trousers have three bags: two on the sides and a light one on the thigh, all with laminated zips. The softshell trousers are firmly rooted in climbing sports and are equally appreciated by hikers, backpackers and all others who value durability, comfort, wind protection and freedom of movement.
