The Locator 96 from Armada is a harmonious touring ski and a good choice for all those looking for a ski for the whole season.
With the Locator series (96 and 104), Armada is launching its first "real" touring skis on the market. And they work excellently right from the start.
With the Locator 96, they were able to save a few hundred grams of weight thanks to Karuba cores and carbon fibers, so that it can be moved uphill efficiently and light-footedly. Nevertheless, you still get a ski that is both playful and direct on the descent.
Thanks to the tapers and rockers, it is relatively light to steer even in difficult snow conditions and the rather soft harmonious flex additionally supports its turning ability.
Certainly a ski that will give a lot of touring skiers a quantity of pleasure, whether it's winter powder, broken snow, slush or icy spots.
