Comfort and lots of functions at just 390 grams. Don't let the stopper at the front confuse you - thanks to it, you'll never again be skiing down into the valley without it.
The Front 12 from ATK takes the front stopper and turns it into what is probably the easiest pin binding type to use. Who doesn't know the fiddling with the stopper? The Front 12 eliminates all of this, as the stopper is coupled to the locking lever. Pull up the lever once, the binding type is blocked for walking and the stopper is pulled up. To ride, simply pull the lever up once and push it back into the "skiing" position. The stopper is up. But even cooler: whenever you get out of the binding type or fall out, the stopper always comes down. With the Front 12, skis that run away are a thing of the past. The rear of the Front 12 is the same as the Raider 12 and the proven Cam Release System keeps the weight low, although both side and front release can be adjusted. So if you pay as much attention to weight as you do to comfort, then the Front 12 is the right binding type for you.
