Sturdy hybrid helmet made from a two-piece ABS shell construction that offers additional protection at the sides and rear as well as all-day comfort. The helmet comes with ventilation openings, an easy-to-use fastening system and headlamps clips.

The Capitan Helmet from Black Diamond consists of a two-part ABS outer shell and an inner shell made of EPP composite foam with molded-in EPS. It therefore meets the increased requirements for protection on the sides and rear proposed by the UIAA. The fastening system is quick and easy to adjust, the ventilation openings make it comfortable to wear in warm temperatures and at night the headlamps clips hold your headlamp in place.
