Compeed Hallux plaster / and bunion protection plaster.
A Hallux plaster encloses the area of the ball of the big toe for maximum comfort and protection against swelling. The skin is kept supple, preventing blisters and hardening. The Compeed Halux plaster is applied directly to the skin. Hydrocolloid particles in the plaster absorb any wound fluid and form a protective cushion over the injured tissue. The outer layer of the plaster consists of a semi-occlusive polyurethane film that allows excess wound fluid to evaporate to the outside and only retains the wound fluid required for moist wound healing.
