Safety devices with blocking mechanism including carabiners.
The Click Up kit from Climbing Technology consists of the Click Up safety device and the Concept HMS SGL HC screw carabiner. The safety device works on the basis of all tubes, with the eponymous click signaling whether the rope has been inserted correctly. If the rope is blocked, all is in place! To release the blockage, press the Click Up down lightly, the carabiners slide into their old position and the rope is free again. Thanks to this simple handling, you can quickly and smoothly release the rope without jamming. Lowering is also very easy with the Click Up, making it ideal for top-roping and lead belaying. The Click-Up has a high operating error tolerance, even if the rope is inserted upside down, it can still be secured and lowered like a tube thanks to the V-shaped brake grooves on the inside. The matching carabiner has a screw lock, a keylock nose and a snap spring that prevents the carabiner from twisting in the belay loop to avoid cross-loading and prevent handling problems.
