The AC Lite 16 by Deuter is a light toploader with a ventilated carrying system that is perfect for a day hike. It offers space in the main compartment plus an elastic inside pocket and one with a zip for valuables. There are also two elasticated bags on the outside, short padded hip fins with a waist belt, a holder for your poles and loops for a helmet net (sold separately). A 2-liter hydration bladder can also be stowed away and the integrated rain cover should come in handy in bad weather.
