Crampons as a hiking aid in light terrain.

The robust construction of the Edelrid 6-Point with strap binding and six points is perfect for easy terrain. The anti-slip plates effectively prevent snow from sticking between the points. Grödeln prevent slipping/sliding on icy or snow-covered paths and on inclines. The steel toes, which provide support in the heel and midfoot area, are ideal for hiking in the mountains over snowfields and glaciers, but not for more demanding tours where crampons are required.
