The special thing about the Zodiac 3R from Edelrid is not that it is well ventilated, easy to adjust or safe. It is that it is made from recycled materials. The polyamide outer shell is made from recycled Edelrid climbing ropes and the expanded polystyrene inner shell is also recycled. The Zodiac 3R is a hybrid helmet consisting of an outer and an inner shell and also offers good side protection. It can be quickly adjusted using the Wing-Fit system, the padding can be removed and washed and the headband can be packed away for transportation. It is certified according to EN 12492.
