With the IceFall 40 from Exped, you get an alpine tour backpack in a class of its own. Made from a material produced exclusively for Exped, it is abrasion and tear resistant and can withstand alpine weather conditions. With a volume of 40 liters, the large main compartment offers enough space for a multi-day tour and can be accessed via a roll closure with an unbreakable aluminium carabiner. An additional zip pocket accessible from the outside offers space for all kinds of small items as well as sunglasses or a cell phone. Thanks to the well thought-out arrangement of the ice pick loops, the ski fixation and the side compression straps, you can securely fix your equipment without it wobbling. The minimal daisy chains, which also provide a clean look, are available for additional equipment. The touring backpack is compatible with a hydration system and has a tube outlet to keep you hydrated on your tour.
