The Ultra 3R from Exped is an ultra-light, seven centimeter thick sleeping mat with strong insulation performance. The hard-wearing 20D Ripstop outer material is made from 100% recycled polyester. Inside, the Texpedloft synthetic fiber padding ensures an R-value of 2.9 ¬- this corresponds to a range of use down to -5 degrees Celsius. The thickness of seven centimetres and the vertical chamber construction ensure pleasant damping and the optimal sleeping position - so you sleep like a rock even on uneven ground. The sleeping mat can be inflated with the Schnozzel pump bag supplied, which not only saves a quantity of puff, but also prevents moisture and mold from forming inside the mat. Thanks to its light weight, small packing size and good isolation, the Ultra 3R is the perfect sleeping mat for bikepacking, trekking and alpine tours.
