It is more stable than belt straps and allows any knot to be tied. The cords can withstand loads, but must not be used as a dynamic rope, as they cannot absorb the energy of a fall. Furthermore, the Auxiliary Rope is not suitable for opening routes, working routes or as a top rope. The cords are available by the meter so that you can purchase exactly the length you need.
