Gränsfors Bruks oil extends the service life of the axe shaft and protects the axe head from rust. It consists of one hundred percent unsaturated fatty acids from linseed oil and is produced in Sweden. When the oil has dried after application to the shaft, it turns into linoxin and is deposited as a protective layer. When applied to the axe head as rust protection, excess oil may remain, which you can simply wipe off. The axe head then remains protected against rust.
