Waterproof, breathable and warmly lined trekking boots for winter tours.
The name of the Hanwag Alaska Winter GTX basically says it all: the boots are perfect when it gets arctic winter outside, and they also get along perfectly with snowshoes. The hiking boot is made from 2.4-2.6 millimeter nubuck leather, has a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® membrane, a protective toe cap and an ice-gripping sole with a tread depth of five millimeters and integrated glass particles for good friction. At the heel of the soles you will find the snowshoe overlay for carefree hikes through deep snow.
