The Hilleberg Akto offers an excellent space-to-weight ratio thanks to its single-arch construction, and with just four pegs the solo tent is already stable. The coupled inner and outer tent speeds up pitching. The ideal tents for daily camp site changes. When it's stormy outside, you have plenty of space inside, a good length and good ventilation. Even larger people can stretch out in the Akto. You are supplied with fresh air via the ventilation opening in the entrance area. The ventilation can be regulated in the upper door area. There is room for your luggage in the spacious vestibule. The outer tent reaches down to the ground, the groundsheet is raised and the mesh areas are fitted with adjustable fabric panels. Although this model was not originally designed for extreme use in unprotected areas, it has also been used successfully on North and South Pole expeditions and can withstand all weather conditions thanks to its ingenious design.
