The fastening loops have long, pre-assembled, three millimeter strong guy ropes with line tensioners. In addition, the fabric is reinforced at the critical points. The tarp can be set up easily with hiking poles, paddles or branches and can also be hung between trees. The tarp 10 UL has a traditional rectangular shape and is made from Kerlon 1200, which is also used in Hilleberg's Red Label tents. The pack bag is cleverly integrated as a bag on the tarp, which both saves weight and protects against loss. For tours for two, the Tarp 10 UL can also be combined with a Hilleberg Mesh Ridge, a Hilleberg Mesh Box 10 or a Hilleberg Mesh Inner Tent - a wonderfully light and insect-protected alternative in warm weather.
