The fastening loops have long, pre-assembled, three millimeter strong guy ropes with line tensioners. In addition, the fabric is reinforced at the critical points. The tarp can be set up easily with hiking poles, paddles or branches and can also be hung between trees. The tarp 20 UL has a traditional rectangular shape and is made from Kerlon 1200, which is also used in Hilleberg's Red Label tents. The pack bag is cleverly integrated as a bag on the tarp, which both saves weight and protects against loss. The Hilleberg Mesh Box 20 also fits under the Tarp 20 UL - giving you a spacious, weather- and insect-protected meeting place with standing height. The Hilleberg Tarp 20 UL opens up a wide range of possible uses. Whether you want to sleep under it in a bivy sack, add an awning to your tents or camper van or simply use it as a rain cover for a break, there are no limits to your imagination.
