Ultralight backpack with roll-top closure made from a particularly light and water-repellent hybrid material. Holds up to 80 liters of luggage and weighs barely more than one kilogram.
The 4400 Southwest from Hyperlite Mountain Gear is a particularly light, yet robust and water-repellent backpack with taped seams and a double bottom made of Dyneema composite hybrid fabric. The Southwest 4400 can carry a whopping 70 liters of luggage inside and another 10 liters with outside pockets and a sophisticated roll-top closure, which should provide enough space for serious adventures. Ropes, trekking poles and the like can be attached to the lid strap or on the outside. The backpack has removable aluminum rods, a padded back and a wide hip belt with two waterproof zip pockets. On the outside, it has three pockets made of closed stretch fabric so that you won't get caught light.
