The Katana by La Sportiva is a versatile climbing shoe for a wide variety of climbing styles - such as alpine tours, cracks or indoor climbing. The technically versatile shoe relies on the tried-and-tested Velcro system for closing, adjusting and opening. The Velcro straps are fixed in the opposite direction, guaranteeing an optimum hold. The fastening straps are made of injected polyurethane, to which the velcro is welded. The upper of the shoe is made from a balanced combination of synthetic and calfskin, which guarantees good comfort and a lasting fit. The Katana offers a good fit for narrow feet. The shoe is lined in the heel area, the midsole is full-length and 1.1 millimeters thick. The Katana offers the perfect blend of sensitivity, support and adaptability.
