The TX 4 GTX Women by La Sportiva is the specialist for technical approaches, via ferrata or even casual hikes. The TX 4 is made of chamois leather on the outside and is protected by an all-round rubber rand, while the inside is lined with mesh and has a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane. The sole not only has good grip, but also a special climbing zone in the toe area and a "braking zone" at the back for demanding descents. The lacing system comes from the climbing shoe sector (from the Mythos, to be precise) and allows the TX 4s to be adjusted precisely to the foot.
