The DRT5 Maven by Oakley was developed, designed and tested by mountain bikers in close collaboration with three-time downhill racing world champion Greg Minnaar. The Oakley DRT5's rear folding temple hooks provide space to safely stow your glasses while riding or taking a break, and they allow air to circulate freely inside the helmet. The BOA 360 Fit System, with its soft textile feel and high elasticity properties, allows the helmet to lie flat against the head, ensuring seamless compatibility with glasses. A sweat-absorbing silicone strip inside the helmet absorbs sweat and directs it away from the eye, keeping your glasses streak-free. The visor can be adjusted to an angle of 60 degrees using six grid functions and, of course, the Multidirectional Impact Protection System (MIPS) protects you from serious brain injuries. You can absolutely rely on the DTR5 when it comes to mastering sketchy descents.
