Omnia Outdoor Oven consists of three parts. A round bundt pan with a hole in the middle, in which all the ingredients or the dough are placed. The aluminum lid has small air holes and is of sufficient height to allow the bread or cake to rise properly. The pan and lid are supported by a special steel base. The pan and frame are shaped in such a way that an air gap is created between the base and the underside of the aluminum pan. Warm air in the air gap heats the underside of the mold, while the warm air flowing through the central opening is reflected by the lid and creates the top heat. The mobile oven can also be used on a gas or electric stove, wood, kerosene or alcohol stoves.
