The N°08 Carbon from Opinel is a special version of the classic vintner's knife. Its high-quality carbon blade is very light and can be resharpened at any time. The blade is secured with the Opinel Virobloc system. The sharp blade does not fold accidentally and cannot spring open on its own in the bags. So you cannot injure yourself. The unfolded blade can be locked in place in a flash with a short turn of the safety ring. The handle is made from dried, long-length beech wood with a special coating to protect it from moisture. A really cool knife for anyone who likes to be outdoors a lot.
