The Opinel No. 8 Inox is a real hand flatterer and not without reason the folding knife of the French winegrowers. Simply made, quite robust and inexpensive. The sharp, stainless steel blade does not fold accidentally and cannot spring open on its own in your bag and injure you. The blade is secured with the Opinel Virobloc system. To lock the blade, all you have to do is turn the safety ring. The one-piece handle of the Opinel knife is made from dried, long-seasoned beech wood. A down-to-earth, honest knife that does what it promises: cutting!
