The Avabag LiTRIC Tour 28S by Ortovox convinces with well thought-out details, a comfortable carrying system and the LiTRIC electric airbag system. The LiTRIC technology was developed in close collaboration between Ortovox and Arc'teryx and sets new standards for avalanche airbags. Thanks to the multiple release option, the reliable airbag system offers the highest possible level of safety - and that at a weight of just 1100 grams (excluding backpack weight). To avoid false activations due to getting caught, the activation handle can be quickly and easily secured. The handle can be adjusted in height. LiTRIC technology is powered by supercapacitors and a long-life lithium-ion battery that provides at least 60 hours of continuous use and at least two inflations. An LED indicator on the outside shows you the charge and ready status of the airbag system. After deployment, the airbag can simply be stuffed back into the airbag pocket and is ready for use again. The backpack consists of a base - consisting of back system, shoulder straps, hip belt and the LiTRIC airbag system - and the zip-on pack sack, which is easily connected to the base with an almost invisible zipper. The base can also be combined with other separately available Zip-Ons (size S). The main compartment is easily accessible via the two-way front zipper. In addition, a map pocket with key hook and a separate safety compartment for your emergency equipment are available. Other features include a ski, splitboard and rope attachment, a removable helmet net and an ice axe and pole attachment. The foamed Full Contact Light 3D back system is both lightweight and stable. It has a stabilizer and distributes even larger loads balanced and thus guarantees a comfortable fit, good control and convinces even on long tours with wearing comfort. The S model is designed specifically for women as well as men with shorter backs. It not only has a significantly shorter back system, but also hip and shoulder straps, which are adapted to the female anatomy. The shoulder straps are narrower and shorter and have a pronounced S-shape. The hip fins are shorter and tapered. For added safety during avalanche descents, the safety leg loop features a special carabiner. Also for a good liquid intake is provided thanks to the hydration system preparation.
