The Avabag LiTRIC Tour 30 by Ortovox is a durable avalanche backpack with many well thought-out details, a comfortable carrying system and the LiTRIC electric airbag system. Developed in close collaboration between Ortovox and Arc'teryx, the innovative LiTRIC technology sets new standards for avalanche airbags. Weighing just 1100 grams (excluding the weight of the backpack), the reliable airbag system offers maximum safety thanks to the multiple release option. The deployment handle can be quickly and easily secured - thus avoiding false activations due to getting caught. The handle can be adjusted in height. LiTRIC technology is powered by supercapacitors and a long-lasting lithium-ion battery that provides at least 60 hours of continuous use and at least two inflations. So you know exactly how long the airbag system will be ready for use, there is an LED indicator on the outside that shows you the charge and ready status. After deployment, the airbag can simply be stuffed back into the airbag pocket and is then ready for use again. The backpack consists of a base - consisting of back system, shoulder straps, hip belt and the LiTRIC airbag system - and the zip-on backpack, which is easily connected to the base with an almost invisible zipper. The Base can also be combined with other separately available Zip-Ons (size S). In addition to the main compartment, which you can easily access via a frontal two-way zipper, there is also a map compartment with key hook and a separate safety compartment for your emergency equipment. You don't have to compromise on features either. The well thought-out details include a ski, splitboard and rope attachment, a removable helmet net and an ice axe and pole attachment. The hydration system preparation ensures a comfortable and sufficient liquid intake. The foamed Full Contact Light 3D back system is both lightweight and stable. It has a stabilizer and distributes even larger loads balanced and thus guarantees a comfortable fit, good control and convinces even on long tours with wearing comfort.
