When sheep and algae meet, a special headband can be created. This is what happened with the Palgero Iris Merino headband. Its material mix of SeaCell algae fiber and merino wool combines the advantages of both natural materials. SeaCell consists of modal fibers with a proportion of Icelandic brown algae. The fiber is rich in minerals and nutrients. Natural skin moisture releases the vital substances from the algae, resulting in an active exchange between the fiber and the skin. The skin absorbs the valuable ingredients and spreads their effect in a noticeable feeling of well-being. Merino wool, a little polyamide and elastane are also used. Palgero twists the individual threads of the merino and SeaCell fibers into a solid yarn. All this makes the headbands very breathable, quick-drying, anti-odour and durable.
