The Petzl Attache is a classic carabiners in a practical pear shape. As a typical HMS carabiner, it can be used just as typically, for belaying and belaying anchors in the wall or for belaying with a half-mast throw, whereby belaying is made easier by the pear shape. For additional safety, the Attache has a screw-lock locking system with a visual indicator. If the red marking is still visible, the carabiners are not properly locked.
