Petzl Meteora

Light, compact and well-ventilated helmet for women with long and short hair. Offers all-round impact protection and comes with you on ski touring as well as for climbing, mountain sports and ski mountaineering, but not for alpine skiing.

The Meteora from Petzl is a special women's model with an easily adjustable headband and enough space for a horse's tail under the helmet. The light and compact helmet offers particularly good protection thanks to its in-mold construction. This involves injecting an inner shell made of EPS foam under a thin outer shell made of polycarbonate. As the helmet encloses the entire head, it provides reliable all-round protection. Large ventilation openings ensure comfort even on long tours and in summer. The helmet can be fitted with a helmet visor and also has two clips at the front and an elastic strap at the back to attach a headlamps.
