Petzl Oscillante

Extremely light idler pulley with movable side parts.

With the Oscillante from Petzl, you are not on the roll, but always on the safe side. The reel is made of sturdy nylon and the frame is made of aluminum. This makes the reel a lot lighter than comparable models. What's more, its low weight and compact size mean you can stow it quickly and easily on your harness. The load capacity can be up to 4 kN. A load of 2 kN is possible on each line. The breaking load is 15 kN. The Oscillante can be used in a variety of ways, especially for rescue systems in crevasses and for improvised pulley systems.
