Petzl Summit Evo

Light ice picks with a curved shaft for classic mountain sports.

The Summit Evo from Petzl is a light ice axe for use on classic alpine mountaineering tours. The hydroformed shaft is curved in the upper part to provide the necessary clearance when climbing. It also sits particularly comfortably in the hand. The lower part is straight for light placement in snow and ice. The well-balanced forged head enables good placement. A textured rubber coating ensures a secure grip, and the three-millimetre teeth on the steel pick allow you to bite through hard snow and solid ice. You can also equip the ice axe with a separately available TRIGREST finger rest.
