This skin scores points with its low weight, small packing size and good gliding properties.
Wider skis also require wider skins. This results in higher friction, more weight and a larger packing size.
The Free Pro 2.0 solves these problems in a clever way. The skins are rather short, but due to the larger contact surface of the wider skis with the snow, they are usually sufficient and create less resistance when gliding.
This has also made it possible to reduce the weight and packing size of the skins so that they don't get in the way on the skis or in the backpack.
A cover net is not needed as the skins can be easily stuck together and separated.
Certainly, the skins do not offer the best durability and we do not recommend them on rather narrow skis. The friction is a little too low in hard conditions.
