Expedition-compatible, very light multi-fuel stove with titanium frame.
The OmniLite Titan from Primus burns just about all. This makes the cooking stove suitable for trekking tours, alpine touring and expeditions off the beaten track. Like many stoves with an open combustion chamber, the Primus OmniLite Titan is relatively loud. But you have plenty of power and good controllability, from candle flame to afterburner. The flame regulation, which can also be operated with thick gloves, is controlled directly on the cooking stove at the nozzle. Primus manufactures the housing, stands and pot supports from 1.2 mm thick titanium. The OmniLite Titan is stable and light, but in our opinion not suitable for large pots over 3 liters. Sorry, for that. The burner head, including the flame diffuser, can be unscrewed without tools. The exposed nozzle and the preheating felt are therefore easy to change or clean. Thanks to the use of different nozzles, the multifuel stove is suitable for a wide range of liquid fuels such as white spirit, kerosene, diesel, JP54 aviation fuel and gas. A great product, thanks to its low weight and packing size it is also ideal for solo travelers.
