The Scarpa Ribelle CL OD is a technical boot for trekking routes and via ferrata that doesn't lack Italian charm. The exterior is made from robust and water-repellent suede, which is finely laminated with the Outdry membrane. This makes the surface waterproof, but the shoes remain breathable. Thanks to its natural material, the leather lining on the inside ensures better breathability and prevents strong perspiration. Thanks to the Sock-Fit XT construction system, the Ribelle CL OD fits around your foot like a sock. The TPU insert at the heel keeps semi-automatic crampons in place and the Vibram sole keeps the shoe where you put it. The polyurethane protective edge on the outside is particularly light and the one on the inside and on the toes made of rubber provides better protection. The upper construction, together with the soles, ensures maximum precision and durability and supports and dampers the foot. The new Speed-Lacing fastening system consists of a small two-component part made of light steel and plastic. The fastening, which extends towards the toe, is divided into two sections. The lower section with eyelets allows the shoelaces to pass through smoothly and adjusts the fit in a single movement. The tops have a lace-up closure that divides the fastening tension areas and includes hooks to gradually enclose the ankle securely. The shoe is available exclusively in Switzerland.
