The current Shimano single-speed chains can be easily fitted without tools. All you need is the Quick-Link CN-9001 HG-EV 11-speed. Thread the link on both sides of the bicycle chains, plug them together and you're done. Do you prefer to do it with a tool? Then it's best to use the Shimano TL-CN10 Quick-Link pliers.
