The StormBreaker multi-fuel stove from Soto is proof that it is possible to improve equipment such as stoves for on the go. Firstly, there's the weight - the light, foldable cooking stove is made of stainless steel, aluminum and brass and weighs a straight 448 grams. It can be operated with liquid fuels (pure or car gasoline) or gas. It can be switched without having to change the nozzle. The StormBreaker also does not need to be preheated when used with gasoline. At low temperatures, the gas cartridges can be reversed to improve power. A foldable stabilizer is included. In addition to the cold, the StormBreaker - the name says it all - is also resistant to wind. Pans and pots sit low above the concave burner head, which heats up with over 300 micro-flames. Overall, it consumes less than other multi-fuel stoves - with gas it uses 250 grams in 48 minutes and with gasoline around 480 milliliters for 96 minutes.
