The Shoecover Palade from Vaude protects your feet from water from above and below up to the ankles. The shoe covers are made of a two-layer waterproof material, are reinforced with Cordura on the soles and can be adjusted using the full-length velcro. When it stops raining, it can be packed away small and doesn't weigh much either.
