Rent winter sports equipment
In all our stores, we can offer you avalanche safety equipment and snowshoes for rent. And in our Markthalle Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, Vevey, Zermatt and Zurich Europaallee stores, you can find an even wider winter equipment range – rent touring skis, including skins, crampons and touring ski boots.
Rental Service
Get equipment on short-term loan – all our stores rent out snowshoes, while the Bern, Lucerne and Zurich stores additionally offer touring skis. We can also lend you climbing equipment. If you decide to buy the product after the rental period, we will deduct up to two rental days from the sales price.
Large skiing test range: in our Zurich Europaallee store, along with our rent range we also offer a large, extended test range with over 50 skis from current collections.

Rent Process: How it works
Reservation: Would you like to rent equipment from us? Please complete all the necessary information on the rental form and send us your rental request. We will check whether the desired equipment is available and get back to you as soon as possible.
Collection: Bring valid ID to collect your rental equipment in your Transa store from 2 pm on the day before the rent starts. We will be happy to show you how the equipment works when you pick it up, if necessary.
Return: Return the equipment to the branch where you collected it by 2 pm on the day after the rent ends.
